Miss Siale Tuna Pasta Dish

                          Miss Siale Tuna Pasta
Ingredients
-tomatoes
-cucumbers
-red unions
-mushroom
-pna (pasta)
-tuna
-black pepper
-salt
-Vegetables oil
-mayonaise
Materials
-pan
-wooden spoon
-Big bowl
-knife
-drainer

1.first thing first chop up all the vegetables put them into separate bowls…

2.Then put the pasta into the pan or pot with hot water and let it sit for 15 min..

3.you will know when the water is ready when it's boiling..

4.once the water is boiling you will know when the pasta is ready so you stir so it doesn't get soggy then add salt as you go so it doesn't stick…

5.once that you see it’s ready you are going to drain the pasta into a bowl so that all the hot water goes out..

6.Then let the pasta sit for about 5 min and then put the pasta into a bowl then put a little bit of vegetable oil then start mixing so the pasta is not really sticky..

7.After that add all the vegetable one by one in any order after all the vegetable is in then add in the tuna..

8.Before adding the tuna into the mixed vegetable use the wooden spoon to mash the tuna in so it goes apart so that it is little pieces then mix it together then add in the best food mayonnaise...

Proud Cook Islander

Hi my name is Adam and I like Rugby. I go Glen Taylor School. I'm Samoan, Cook Island and Maori. My Maori family are from Makatu up north. My Samoan family is from Suva’e. My Cook Island family are from Aututaki Achu.
I am learning to focus on my Maths, Writing, Reading and Inquiry.
I am also learning on practicing my touch typing

 I am looking forward to playing Rugby League and Union this year. Shaun Johnson is my Rugby league role model because he has mean steps and fast. He is also good at finding gaps. My other rugby role model is Julian Savea because he is good at breaking through lines.
